Coolbreaker Pan welding 3

After the welding I put it into the oven, to heat it a little bit to relieve tension.

Then heat the case a little bit and weld the shit out of it. :-)

The former welder did a really great job.
A lot of bubbles in the welding.
My welder tried to do a better job.
First he had to grind the old welding a little bit away.

After buying his dream, we went to a local restaurant, got some local food.
Very gooood.

Flat black, the color of his wet dreams and a footclutch with a deadhead shifter
to scare his neighbours. ;-)

This guy is Marc, he is one of my best friends and he wants to ride a Harley Chopper.
So, last weekend, we drove to East Germany, Thüringen, a long way through a lot of snow to look at an old Shovelhead.

We put the grease deflector from the old side cover into the new (oem) side cover.
After this we put the whole brake together (sorry, I forgot to make pics :-).

Tried to check the grease nipple, look at the spring!

Have fun with rubber

First I put some oil on the felt washer, then protected it with fork bellows.

Copenhagen 26

On Monday I get a few more dots, after this I took a little visit around the city, looking for hardcore picture books.
At the afternoon my plane started back to Germany.
We had a great weekend, thanks to Kai.
