Springer bars step 1

I'll try to build springer bars for the C-Pan.

Step 1 

I cleaned out the old springer bars

I'm sorry that I can not show pictures showing me working with the blowpipe, but I really have only 2 hands...

The projects with wheels..

and my girlfriends pan with the borrowed springer and 21".

The plan was to lace a oem starhub into an 18" nos oem Borrani and put it into my project,
but years ago I build the fender exactly to keep a 16" oem wheel in it. Damnfucknshit!!
So my girlfriend will get a real skinny Killer Panhead :-)
